I know this isn't strictly the kind of thing this site usually comments on, but this music video by OK GO is amazing. It's a Rube Goldberg machine gone wild, followed by a single long take (perhaps Cuaron-style, I don't know).
This is an amazing video! I couldn't spot any edits, but there had to be at least a few of them. It all looks so handmade! So they either had to do it a couple hundred times before everything worked, or they did it in sections, and pulled some Cuaron to make it look seamless.
Mythbusters pulled a Rube Goldberg for a Christmas special awhile back, and it took them forever to get everything to work, and it used a lot of the same devices as this video, and wasn't nearly as long.
